Micro/Nano Device Foundry

Micro/Nano Device R&D

Lithography is the most critical step in micro fabrication process. In this step, the geometric pattern is transferred from a photomask or through direct writing to a photoresist layer by exposure and development, and then the pattern is transferred to the substrate by etching. Wonder Fab has up-to-date lithography facilities such as UV photolithography, electron beam lithography and UV laser direct writing to meet various requrements and ensure the delivery of high precision and high quality devices.

Thin film deposition refers to the deposition of single or multi-layer thin film materials from monatomic layer to several microns on the substrate. Common thin film materials include metals, semiconductors, oxides, nitrides and other compounds. Thin film deposition is mainly divided into physical vapor deposition (PVD) and chemical deposition (CVD). Wonder Fab has latest technology and equipments such as thermal evaporation, electron beam evaporation, magnetron sputtering, PECVD, LPCVD, ALD which provide large-size, uniform and dense high-quality thin films.

Microfluidics technology is a technology that accurately controls and manipulates fluids in micron scale space and scales large laboratory apparatus down to a chip of several square centimeters or even smaller. It is also called lab-on-a-chip or microfluidic chip technology. Due to its great potential in biology, chemistry, medicine and other fields, microfluidic chip has developed into a technical platform. It can not only be applied to chemical analysis, biomedical analysis and food inspection, microreactor for the synthesis of drugs, nanoparticles and microspheres, but also as an organ chip to simulate the functional units in human organs. The main processing methods of microfluidic devices are lithography and soft lithography from micro fabrication.
